I make no secret about the fact that I love to bake. I’m not gonna pretend to be an expert or even on some days a good baker but I do enjoy it. I know how to make a few things well… the rest, well the rest I just try out and hope for the best! Scones eluded me for A LONG time. I just could never get them right, or even half right. This made me more determined and so I turned to one of the best bakers I know; My Mammy. Her advice and a good talking to my temperamental oven and I can finally say that I can now bake a delicious scone!

In this weeks video, I share with you why my scones were thin crumbly messes and my mammy’s 3 tips for success as well as how to make my easy peasy scones you see me munching on above! If you’re just here for the scone recipe scroll down and hit print 🙂
