It’s crazy that this week will see the midway point to this weight loss challenge I set myself. Also, in 3 weeks I’ll be another year older. Anyway, back to the point, week 3 is here and while the plan and goal have altered I am still determined.

As I mull over my weight loss of the past two weeks of this challenge I’m remembering the quote I put on the bottom of my homepage and realizing that while this challenge isn’t going the way I’d planned or hoped that ultimately it’s still happening. I am still achieving good losses. And this is a long term/ forever type goal. I’m eager to get there. I will get there. I just have to keep reminding myself that!
